Best agent ever! Cindy had only a few days notice to put together a list of communities that meet our criteria and needs. She supplied us with a binder of 6 builders to visit, and set up appointments to make good use of our time. Cindy went above and beyond for us. We lived out of state, she would take weekly pictures of the house build progress. Even went on a day to take pictures when it was pouring down rain!! Cindy handled our questions to the builder, provided advise , and was quick to response to our emails and texts. She attended the meetings with us on line , and during inspections and final walkthrough. Buying a home is a very exciting milestone but can become an overwhelming experience especially as first time home buyers. Thankfully we had Cindy to guide us through this journey. As first time home buyers we were not very knowledgeable about the whole process but Mrs Rochette was always very patient and very professional with us. She broke every detail down for us (sometimes two or three times until we understood) and helped with any situation regardless of the time or day. Always very responsive and clear. Cindy has many years of experience in this industry so that made us feel trustworthy that we had someone in our corner who knows what they're doing. She advise us when we met certain obstacles, but what we REALLY liked about Cindy was that she genuinely CARED!!!! So many realtors only look for making a quick sale, but not once did we get that feeling with Cindy.
