By becoming a Ladies of Real Estate Ambassador, you accept and understand the terms within this FAQ page as terms agreed to in our Terms and Conditions policy.

  1. How many leads can I expect per month?
    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any specific number of leads. Our lead generation program is focused heavily on exposure. The more exposure we can get our ambassadors, the more lead potential there is for our agents.

  2. Are these guaranteed leads per month?
    We do not have the capacity to guarantee any number of leads on any given month. One month you may not get any leads, the next, you may see a lot. The reason we can’t guarantee leads is because lead generation is solely based on human behavior. Since we can’t control how many people fill in their information to inquire about selling or buying a home, we can’t guarantee leads specifically. We do guarantee exposure through our marketing to help generate leads for our Ambassador agents.

  3. Then how is this a lead generation program?
    Just like other marketing platforms, like Zillow (who also doesn’t guarantee leads), we focus on lead generation for our Ambassadors through exposure from marketing. The more views we can get our agents, the more leads you have the potential to obtain. We are highly competitive in regards to what Zillow Premier agents receive in that we restrict our cities to a strictly limited number of agents. This strict limitation allows a handful of our agents to dominate their local market, avoid over dilution of leads, and increase the ability for our agents to collect more leads and close more deals.

  4. Do you guarantee closings?
    We unfortunately cannot guarantee any closings. That is going to be based on each individual agent’s interaction and engagement with each potential lead and the agent’s ability to secure the client through experience and relationship.

  5. So what do you guarantee?
    Great question! What we can guarantee is exposure. Exposure marketing is the greatest way to grow your leads and sphere. The more exposure we can obtain for our Ambassadors, the more chances you get in not only getting leads, but securing buyers and sellers. We guarantee exposure in a few ways. Our agents get marketed to our Ladies of Real Estate network that includes over 130,000 agents throughout our social and email platforms. In addition to that, we do extensive Facebook and Instagram marketing campaigns. These campaigns, depending on the context of the campaign, can get views from 10,000 views to 3,600,000 views. These views vary based on the style of ad campaign we run - whether local or national.

  6. How do you plan on getting me exposure?
    Our primary marketing platforms are Facebook and Instagram. Ladies of Real Estate grew by popularity and success on social platforms and we continue to utilize these platforms to grow our agent’s success. In addition to social media marketing, we are launching additional marketing strategies, such as email campaigns and our digital real estate magazine to continue promoting our Ambassadors.

  7. I’m having billing issues, how do I get support?
    A lot of our agents accidentally create multiple accounts throughout our platforms then become frustrated by seeing duplicate charges. If you see duplicate charges on your account, please ensure you have not made numerous accounts under varying emails. If you have, please login to the duplicate accounts and cancel them.

    Due to the overwhelmingly large community within the LRE program, there may be significant delays responding to billing errors. But please be assured, that even if you do not receive an immediate response, we take billing issues seriously. If you send us an email about a billing error to support@ladiesofrealestate.com we will have our billing department review your account and refund charges. Although there may be a significant gap for an emailed response, rest assured that we have a very slack refund policy and are happy to grant a refund if members are unhappy with the membership. This policy is only ineffective however if members have collected leads during the months they are wishing for a refund. Since there is significant marketing expenses to generate leads and exposure, we cannot refund for months agents did receive leads.

    Many of our refund receipts either have been blocked by email servers due to the overwhelming amount of emails that go in and out of our servers, or they end up in spam. If you do not see a refund receipt from us, please keep an eye on your bank statement for refunds. Even if you do not get a separate correspondence from the refund receipt, we do our best to refund any requests promptly. Your bank can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to reflect the refund on your end after the refund has been processed on our end.
