Originally from Pasadena, California, Debbie Wysocki moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1995. Her real estate career started working as the executive assistant to John C. Cushman III (great grandson of the Cushman in Cushman & Wakefield) and then went on to work as an Executive Assistant for the CEO of a Fortune 50 Company while earning her bachelor’s degree in finance.

Debbie worked for a boutique firm in Beverly Hills as a financial analyst for nearly 11 years with $1 billion under management and just 70 clients catering to CEOs and entrepreneurs supporting the rainmaker. She credits him with giving her the skillset and discipline to run a profitable business serving luxury clients.

About a year after moving to Ft. Lauderdale, Debbie went to work with a private investor and assisted him in growing his real estate portfolio from 13 million to nearly $100 million in both commercial and residential properties over a 20-year period. When her investor was sitting with 3 empty oceanfront homes in 2001, she suggested they might want to furnish them and rent them out as vacation homes. Her investor said ‘go for it.’ And Debbie advertised them on Craigs List and created ‘a following’ and built a database for vaca rentals.

At the same time, she built teams with two direct sales companies with over 25,000 distributors and was in the top 2 percent of that industry over a 23-year period and is considered an authority on team building and marketing.

In 2012 Debbie got her Real Estate license (about the same time cities began regulating short-term rentals) and her client decided to focus on commercial properties only. The new owners asked Debbie to manage the homes and Debbie began building a management portfolio in addition to rental properties she personally owned.
