Hi there, I'm Kinh "KC" DeMaree. I am a Realtor, Mentor, and Real Estate Investor and have been in the business since 2007. I have a unique background which gives my clients a competitive edge in real estate. I am licensed in multiple states and previously worked in tech at Silicon Valley companies like Google and Facebook so I know how to make data-driven decisions and technology to empower my clients. I have experience with first-time buyers to multi-million dollar estate sales. Many of my clients are relocating and most are referrals and repeat client.
My career in real estate is really rewarding because I get to meet incredibly interesting people and help them build generational wealth for their families. I specialize in but am not limited to luxury, historic homes, investors, and new home sales.

Kinh helped my husband and me purchase a property in Phoenix. We are native Californians who have been considering relocating to Arizona. I knew Kinh previously from our years of working together in tech and knew that she was practicing real estate in AZ. We started looking in June 2021 and she helped with creating auto-search emails that matched our criteria. We got more serious in the fall and flew out to look at properties. Kinh drove us around to ALL the homes we wanted to view, and gave us lots of insight on neighborhoods, crime, commutes, etc. She was a WEALTH of knowledge! We ended up not pursuing any properties we had visited and then changed our search dramatically (lower budget, rental property) and Kinh was flexible and accommodating. We were pretty bummed, but Kinh kept in touch with the agent and four days later, the property fell out of contract. Kinh was quick to let us know, helped us pull together an offer and it was accepted! Kinh was a great negotiator and offered unconventional approaches to little things that surfaced during the escrow. We felt confident making an offer without even physically touching the house because we trusted Kinh and her advice/judgement. When we did make it out to see the home before close of escrow, Kinh met with us and made sure we were satisfied with it and answered all of our remaining questions. She even let us ship decor to her home while we were waiting to close on ours!! Wow - can you say "above and beyond"?! If you're looking for someone who is going to advocate for you, then KC is the person for you. I've worked with many realtors in the past and none of them have risen to KC's standards. I was relocating out of CA to AZ and I knew absolutely nothing about the area or homebuying except the fact that I needed a home!
