Latonia entered the military and retired after 20 years. The leadership and training throughout that time gifted her with a spirit for entrepreneurship. She has embraced her role in the community as Owner of Top Bragg Realty & Property Management, a Real Estate Firm, and Cape Fear Home Solutions, a home renovations company both in the Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg, NC area. Her focus is to help others sensibly achieve the dream of home ownership.
She and her husband also own Cold Stone Creamery, an ice cream franchise, in Hope Mills, NC as an additional means to serve our military and community at large.
