I love the way that a positive environment, the home, can impact someone’s life! I spent many years trying to talk myself out of becoming a real estate agent. I didn’t want to be a sales person. But the truth is, I don’t “sell” anything. My clients and I work together until they find a home they love, a sanctuary, and throughout the entire transaction I help to guide and facilitate an unknown process. I work to make something that could easily become a stressful process into a joyful process. My investor clients might not be searching for a home they love but they still need guidance and expertise from someone who understands the local market and how to help them find a property that will generate the most income for their budget.
