Tia, is a true local. She was born and raised in Brunswick County. She has seen firsthand the changes and growth throughout the county and has continued to have a love and a passion for the land that she has chosen to always call home. She prides herself on being a “hometown girl” and knows the area inside and out.
Tia’s greatest strengths are her drive, motivation, and determination. Known to have never met a stranger, she thrives on challenges and has a desire to serve the needs of her clients in a way to make them feel comfortable, and at peace with their buying and selling decisions.
Outside of her profession, Tia sees herself also as a life coach and a mentor. She participates with volunteer work with area schools, and is an active mentor helping both students and adults make the right educational, business, and career choices.
Tia holds a Bachelor’s degree from Mount Olive College and an MBA from Western Governors University with additional certifications in both networking and project management.
